一、如产品发生不良情况或故障，请速与泽通科技的销售或者售后部门联系，联系电话：0755 27206190，确认故障问题。

       经售后人员确认为产品质量问题后，根据您提供的产品SN号，进行远程维修或者返修处理。

二、当您需要保修时，请提供您的发票、收货地址，详细的故障现象描述。

       售后部门收到故障设备后，会在2个工作日内完成设备的维修处理，并提供维修报告，如遇特殊情况，维修时间延长，我们也将第一时间进行告知。
